Rules governing the use of Fiorra1. Introduction
Welcome to Fiorra. By accessing our website and ordering our bedding products, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all customers within Pakistan.
2. Payment & Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery basis. You will pay the courier in cash at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready to facilitate a smooth handover.
Order Verification: After placing an order, you may receive a verification call or WhatsApp message from our team. Fiorra reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified or appear fraudulent.
3. Bedding Product Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with fabric counts and colors. However:
- Color Accuracy: Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
- Natural Fabrics: Items made from natural cotton/linen may feature slight irregularities (nubs). These are natural characteristics, not defects.
4. Hygiene & Return Policy
Hygiene Disclaimer
Due to the intimate nature of bedding products, we strictly cannot accept returns on used, washed, or opened items unless there is a genuine manufacturing defect found upon opening. This ensures every customer receives brand-new, hygienic linens.
5. Care & Shrinkage
Natural cotton bedding typically shrinks by 3-5% after the first wash. Our sizing accounts for this. Fiorra is not responsible for damage caused by bleach, harsh detergents, or improper washing methods.
6. Delivery
We ship nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Delays caused by courier services or weather conditions are beyond our control.
